Learns and effectively uses the company business system (DSI), the CRM, and all other online programs (Paragon, CAT, etc), required to fulfill the duties of a parts person; multi software experience an asset. Managed Dealer Inventory program experience an asset.
Assists all customers (retail, wholesale and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Acknowledge all customers as they arrive in facility and serve them as efficiently as is possible. Provide high level of service to both internal and external customers. Communicates with and supports other dealership personnel and departments.
Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
Assist the outside sales representative(s) with customer orders and questions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Certification:
Parts apprentice program through technical school; or one or more year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
