To our valued customers
As many of our Calgary customers are aware, the S.E. Foothills Industrial area is going through heavy construction. As a company we are struggling every day, not only with getting customer traffic but also with our staff access. We can confirm that 90th Ave. will be accessible from Barlow Trail S. throughout the entire time 52nd St. is closed. There may be signage that implies that traffic cannot pass 48th St., but that is only to advise drivers that they will be at a dead-end if they proceed. Please proceed by the “Road Closed” signs as we are just beyond the barriers and signs.
As of today we know that you can access our building from Barlow Trail S. onto 90th Ave. east bound, OR you have a few options if you are on Glenmore going east you can exit onto 48th St. south to 90th Ave east to the shop. If you come down 52nd St going south, you can take 86th Ave west bound (a new road) to 48th St. south to 90th Ave then east to our shop. If you are coming on 52nd St. north, you can take 98th Ave east to 48th St. north to 90th Ave, and again go east to our shop.
The one consolation to this is when you come to our shop; you are not faced with other local or pass through traffic. You access in and out of our facility will be much easier since you will not have to wait for oncoming traffic in either direction.
For any customers that have any concerns or questions, please fell free to call Kelly Clark or myself, as we will work with you and your staff to make this period of construction much less confusing. But as I mentioned, it does give our customers less traffic at our building to deal with.
