Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd is offering all customers the opportunity to make money or reduce costs through the company’s own “MONEY TREE” rebate program with the purchase of a qualified stock unit(s) from
October 1st, 2009 and ending December 31st, 2009.
The monies available total $30,000 and the single prizes ranging from individual payouts of $500 to $5,000. Each purchase must meet the rules, eligibility and the customer must sign that they understand and accept these rules and understand and accept the eligibility and disclaimer associated with the program prior to receiving the opportunity to earn a rebate.
Rules:
The rebate money is chosen by the customer or authorized person (by signed proxy) at the time of the sales completion: delivery of vehicle and receipt of verified funds. The rebate is chosen from 38 (thirty-eight) envelopes that are numbered from 1 – 38. The envelopes will be on a “money tree” where upon the recipient can draw from the tree or by proxy have the assigned representative chose the envelope.
There is only 1 (one) envelope per unit sold.
No envelope may be chosen prior to the completion of the sale as per the rules.
The individual representing the company, the sole proprietor, or proxy choice will be required to sign a document that states which envelope they have chosen and agree to, without challenge, the value that is contained in the chosen envelope.
There will not be an opportunity to receive a cash payout. All rebates must be paid by cheque as per the name listed on the bill of sale: company or individual. When a unit is purchased through a leasing company, the leasing firm is not eligible, only the company or individual that is responsible for the payments on the lease.
Cash Rebate eligibility:
Rebate program is only good from the purchase of a Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd qualified stock unit(s): listed in-house and on website, as of October 1, 2009 ending December 31, 2009 and only after the complete payment on the unit (including any and all equipment attached), has been received and cleared as per the rules. Again, the list is available in dealership and on company website: www.sterlingwesternstar.ca. The inventory availability will be updated weekly but no new or alternate unit will be eligible once a unit is removed from the existing list.
Stock units are available for physical viewing either at the Calgary – 9115 – 52 Street SE, Calgary, AB or Red Deer – 7690 Edgar Industrial Court, Red Deer, AB facilities or can also be viewed on company website www.sterlingwesternstar.caunder ‘Inventory”.
The payment will be made, by cheque, to the company or individual that is listed on the bill of sale following the confirmation of the sale.
The recipient must be of legal age in the Province of Alberta.
The rebate is not available for any unit(s) that are not on the list posted at the dealership locations or on the website due to a dealer transfer or when a unit has been ordered from the factory or on any used inventory at either dealer location. It is the customer’s responsibility to advise the management or employees of any potential breach of grafting policies within the buyer’s organization. If the company or client wishes, these funds can be donated, in the name of the company, to a charity to avoid any grafting conflicts.
Disclaimer:
The cards that indicate the value opportunity, enclosed in the individual envelopes have been handled solely by the accounting firm of Varty Wood. The management and employees of Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd have no knowledge of what value is in what envelope. The list associated with the values and the envelope numbers are under the supervision of the accounting firm and will not be made available to the management and employees until the end of day December 31, 2009.
The total amount allocated for the 38 (thirty-eight) envelopes totals $30,000.00. The respective break-down of the monetary opportunity is as such:
(1) - $5,000.00,
(3) - $2,000.00,
(4) - $1,000.00 and
(30) - $500.00.
Release:
By participating, entrants agree that Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd, those involved in the development, production, implementation and distribution of this promotion and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion shall not be liable for any and all claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this rebate promotion, including entry and participation in this rebate promotion and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the monies. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to a participant's entry or participation in this rebate promotion, they will indemnify Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd from any and all such claims, including the attorneys' fees related thereto. Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd shall not be liable for participants that are delayed past program dates, incorrect or incomplete, and such participants will be not be eligible for this program. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Rebate promotion will be ineligible for monies and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Rebate promotion should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Rebate promotion. Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd further reserves the right to modify the rules of the Rebate promotion in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. For an Official Winners List or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sterling Western Star Trucks Alberta Ltd/ Rebate Recipients, 9115 – 52 Street SE, Calgary, AB, T2C 2R4. Replies will be sent after the completion of the Rebate promotion. Winners List requests must be received within six (6) months of completion of the Rebate promotion.
